Accidents can occur if the motion of the vehicle is uncontrolled where the braking system is an integral part of the condition. Brake failure is one of the reasons most often referred to as driving accidents. A measuring instrument to indicate a brake vehicle whether it is still feasible or not to operate has not yet been implemented in Indonesia. This is because the formulation of brake feasibility has not achieved measurable results. Therefore this research is considered very useful to be developed in order to reduce the number of accidents in Indonesia. Overheating is a phenomenon that occurs due to damage in one of the constituent units of the braking system which can result in total brake failure. In addition, the imbalance of the head of each brake is expected to affect the balance of the movement of the vehicle when braking is done on a straight road or on a turning road. This motion imbalance is also expected to cause accidents because the vehicle cannot be controlled. Braking loads can be calculated by calculating the normal force on the wheels in braking conditions on straight or turns. In this study the temperature between the brakes will be discussed which is a brake performance indicator whether it is within normal limits or not. The flow of determining the feasibility is presented in the form of Matlab Simulink. In the future this research is expected to reach the end with the new formulation of the development of a feasibility testing instrument for operating a braking system.
