Abstract

In Japanese management, the company is more than just a matter of modal. Japan Management is basically a community has the characteristics of group decision making, lifetime employment and seniority systems. On the other hand, Japanese management relies on rapid economic growth that determines Japanese management goes well. Japan, in the international market through focused itself on the economic field through field of information seeking, field of between the government and the business work, the field of long-range planning, the field of strategy and timing and the involvement of employees in the company.
