Abstract

Good governance, i.e. interaction among three stakeholders based on specific pillars of value has been a major issue for a long time in Indonesia. One of the actors in the implementation of good governance is government. Good governance within government sector is focused on how to create a good policy makeng, in form of goverment planning documents should accommodate good governance in order to archieve an efficient and effective governance.
