Abstract

Rotating ice cream has been made by rotating the tube using hands repeatedly for a long time which can cause fatigue for rotary ice makers. Therefore, it is necessary to have a rotary ice machine using an electric motor so that the freezing process is even, the texture becomes smooth and soft, and the manufacturing process becomes faster. The purpose of this design is to analyze the RPM calculation, power calculation, and cost calculation per KWH when the engine is running. The machine specifications are 135 watts, 220V, and 50Hz and the best results is the 1st test because the texture of the spin ice was smoother and softer using a rotation speed of 198 rpm with a 30-minute testing process to get the most effective and efficient results.
