Abstract
This term paper describes the theme of literary of Drama using intrinsic and extrinsic approaches. By intrinsic approach applied with Achievement Theory (Motivation Theory) : Need for Avhievement, Need for Affiliation, and Need for Power. This term paper is a kind of qualitative research with the literature study in interpretative characteristic combined with the data collecting method in a form of literary text from a drama titled, Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw as a primary source and is supported by some literatures related to the theories, concept and definition as a secondary source.
