Abstract

This term-paper is about annotated translation from English into Indonesian language. Annotated translation is a translation with the notes from a translator. On this research, the author uses Theories of Translation, Translation Method, Translation Procedure and Translation techniques. This research focuses on annotated translation by using translation methods, procedures and techniques to find the text meaning and to get some equivalent translations. The aims of this research are to increase the knowledge of the translation theories and to make the reader easier to comprehend the meaning of the text. The result of this research is to creat a good and correct translation of Novel Such A Fun Age. Such A Fun Age is a novel about a young black woman who is wrongly accused of kidnapping while babysitting a child and the events that follow it. This novel is written by American novelist, Kiley Reid. Such A Fun Age is the primary source of this research and related Theories of Translation, Translation Methods, Procedures, and Techniques are the secondary source.
