Abstract

The quality of packaging becomes a matter of concern that is packaging because it can produce the quality of the product being packaged, it is very necessary to have supplies for packaging on the packaging automatically. The purpose of this study is to help overcome the problem of packaging during the initial setup process before entering the packaging machine. The research method used is the design and discuss the function of machinery. Manufacture of packaging testing machines with 900 mm x 600 mm x 906 mm. Estimated to be 99,992,268 N/m 2 . The Control Program can be used using the Arduino UNO program. The process of vacuuming the waiting time for 2 minutes, the marking process is complete, then the pressure indicator returns to zero and the alarm sounds.
