Abstract
Abstract: E-commerce is an essential requirement currently in the global business world, and as a support in market development, improve efficiency, can reduce costs and provide broader access to partners and customers. Implementation of e-commerce depends on the company's business model being developed and models which use information technology. e-commerce development must be flexible and adapt to new software and technology applications within the company. E-Commerce was developed for a wider scale and integrated with multiple computing systems; all levels and departments in the company and global computer system. Because of its direct integration with two or more entities, the development of e-commerce should be really concerned with the security aspect, especially in transaction security. Transactions using e-commerce has the advantage or disadvantage depending on the user side. Building a network installation, support good infrastructure for this network easily accessible by many people and can reduce the weaknesses. Kata Kunci : Plus - Minus e- commerce
