Abstract

The development of the business world that continues to grow has resulted in the need for major transformations in competition, production, marketing, human resource management, as well as handling transactions between industry and consumers as well as industry and other industries so that a benchmark is needed to support the company's short-term and long-term performance strategy. Qualitative research is only based on a literature review of theoretical or conceptual and empirical studies contained in the subject.
