Abstract

The purpose of this reseacrh is to analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee perfomance. The method of data colection in this research is giving the queation to 189 respondent and they employee of PT. Puku Benangsari the taking of samples using random sampling method the analytical tool used is simple liniear regression and multiple liniear regression. The classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test) is used as a statistic requirement that must be met before doing the liniear regression analysis (simple and multiple). Hypothesis testing is done using F test (simultaneously) and the test (patially. The result of this research show that (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect to employee perfomance (2 ) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to employee perfomance (3)Workload and Job Satisfaction has a significant effect to employee perfomance.
