Abstract
This study is discussing a script of Gone Girl (2014) by Gillian Flynn. This study aims to analyze hatred emotion by using intrinsic and extrinsic approaches. Through intrinsic approach, there are concept that applies; characterization, plot and setting. Through extrinsic approach, there are psychology of literature that is hatred emotion. This research using the qualitative approach, types of library research, interpretative analysis using method of data collection in the form of movie script from Gone Girl as the primary resource and supported by some related previous studies, books, theories and journals as secondary source. After analyzing the movie script of Gone Girl through the intrinsic approach, that consist of characterization, plot, setting, elaborated with the extrinsic analysis by using hatred emotion. It can be concluded that Nick Dunne and Amy Dunne is the main character of this movie script that they have signs of hatred, anger, envy and jealousy.
