Abstract

In the current conditions of global competition spurred the company performance in order to competence. Competition is very much determined the number of consumers who are willing to buy and use a product in a specified period. Consumers feel comfortable and satisfied if in using the product as desired. Five dimensions of great influence on consumer satisfaction, namely: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results of this study consumer cell phone card users of the mentari from 98 respondents using the parameters of the eight variables can be categorized as evidenced by the eight variables satisfied the criteria of six variables included in the category of quadrant two means between the desire to maintain performance and company performance are met. While that needs to be increased there are two variables in quadrant one priority category. These companies need to review about the service assurance or guarantee that the future is no improvement Kususnya brush signal and network coverage.
