Abstract

Every company has an obligation to increase its capacity all fields, and at the same time must have a qualified production management system in order to continue to exist and form quality and capacity human resources. In-depth analysis of control and good communication is needed to form cooperation and management of human resources in every organization or company. Writing this article aims to investigate the impact of communication and cooperation between employees on performance and production optimization, and human resource management strategies. Based on the search, it was found that the factors of motivation, leadership, communication, and disciplined employees have a big impact on improving employee performance. If it is implemented, it will have an effect on building strong employee performance and achieving organizational goals. Warm and close relationships and smooth communication from two directions, subordinates and superiors are factors that support the increase in employee performance. Not only that, with communication, it will foster better cooperation and employee motivation so that it can increase productivity in the company within the organization or company. This study provides some additional literature on the application of communication in a company. Future research is expected to be able to explore in more depth the impact of two-way communication, considering that many large and small companies in Indonesia are growing rapidly, but many of these companies have not implemented or implemented two-way communication.
