Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi di head office PT Samcon, Purwakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner pada 135 karyawan di head office PT Samcon, Purwakarta. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana & regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heterokedastisitas) dilakukan sebagai persyaratan statistik yang harus dipenuhi dalam melakukan analisis regresi linier (sederhana dan berganda). Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menggunakan uji F, secara parsial menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional, kepuasam kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi Y = 0.9768+0.152X1+0.121X2+0.006X3. Hal tersebut menunjukan kecerdasan emosiona, kepuasan kerja dan pemberdayaan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh komitmen organisasi. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work satisfation, employee empowerment on organizational commitmentin in head office PT Samcon, Purwakarta by questionnaire at 135 employees in head office PT Samcon, Purwakarta. Sample by taken by using slovin formula. Testing the quality of data study using the validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed by using is simple linear regression & multiple linear regression, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heterocedasticity test) carried out as statistical requirements that must be met in conducting linear regression analysis (simple and multiple). Hypothesis testing simultaneously using the F test, partially using the t test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence, work satisfation, employee empowerment on organizational commitment can be seen from the equation Y = 0.9768+0.152X1+0.121X2+0.006X3. This shows that emotional intelligence, work satisfation and employee empowerment have a positif effect.
