Abstract

This term paper discusses about the theme of a literary work of movie script using the intrinsic and extrinsic approaches. Through the instrinsic approaches I use these concepts: characterization, plot and setting. In the extrinsic approach part, I use patriarchy; liberal feminism, existentialist feminism and marxist feminism concepts. This research is qualitative research which is a library research type. This analysis contains an interpretative analysis which use the method of data collection in the form of text from the movie script Little Women by Greta Gerwig as the primary source of the data and supported by literature which relates to the extrinsic theory, concepts and relevant textbooks for definitions as a secondary source.
