Abstract

This research uses intrinsic and extrinsic methods to assess how feminism is represented in Bombshell's protagonist. Characterization, story, and setting are the intrinsic techniques I used. And the extrinsic approach uses qualitative methods in obtaining data. Bombshell's movie script is the subject of this research. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows: Explanation between liberal feminism and characterization, Explanation between liberal feminism and plot, and Explanation between liberal feminism and setting. The movie script talk about the courage of famous female journalists Megyn Kelly and Gretchen Carlson. In addition to courage, they also try to get justice from patriarchal norms in the workplace that women dominate.
