Abstract
This term-paper discusses about the theme of a film. Two approaches, intrinsic and extrinsic approaches, are applied to analyze this film. The concept that is applied to analyze through the intrinsic approach consists of characterization by using showing and telling methods, plot and setting. This paper discusses about the sociological of the main character’s conflicts based on the script film “where hands touch” by Amma Assante. In this paper the author uses literature research for the collection of data sources through the books and various other sources through the internet. This research also uses Dennis and joseph’s theory in the film.
